We strive to provide needs-based education and treat children as equals.
We focus on holistic health education, which means healthy, organic nutrition. Children should be able to develop their taste, enjoy eating, and feel the sense of community that resonates around mealtimes. For us, holistic health education also includes exercise in the fresh air and learning a sustainable lifestyle, which means conscious use of our resources and the primary use of natural raw materials. We don't just want to impart knowledge, but also actively involve all children.
Participation is very important to us.
We are creating a higher staff-to-child ratio to ensure adequate care for all children and thus maintain a high level of educational quality.
